Ensure that the ScreenBeam wireless display receiver is connected, powered on, and the correct input (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) has been selected on the HDTV. The "Ready to Connect" screen must be displayed on the HDTV in order for the receiver to be detectable. If this screen is displayed and the ScreenBeam receiver is not detected, the wireless signal between the receiver and the laptop/tablet may be weak or disrupted.
- Move the laptop/tablet closer to the receiver and try again.
- Disconnect the laptop/tablet from any wireless network and try again. Reconnect to the wireless network once connected to the ScreenBeam receiver.
