    Please contact our Technical support at 888-436-0657 while you are with the product so they can assist in troubleshooting. Select the Retail-in-warranty option if you purchased the device less than 1 yr ago.

    Im having the same issue. And at the same time, cant detect the device on my android phone. Is it defect or what? Tried a lot to solve it with the guide from your website but no effect yet.

    Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing at the moment.
    If the steps above have not resolved the issue or the ScreenBeam receiver will not reset the receiver would be considered defective. Under Actiontec's hardware warranty, the device can be replaced if within the one year from the original purchase date period.
    Please create a request using the "submit a request button at the top" and provide the following information to expedite the process.
    First Name
    Last Name
    Phone Number
    Email Address
    Physical Shipping Address (No PO/APO Boxes)
    City
    State
    Country
    Postal Code
    Date & Place of Purchase
    Serial Number (Off ScreenBeam receiver sticker)
    A brief description of the issue occurring.

    Make sure the Mini 2 is powered on (should see a blue light), connected into an HDMI port (NOT ARC or MHL) and the TV is set to the correct HDMI option.
    If you are still unable to detect or connect to the ScreenBeam Mini 2 please contact our Technical support at 8884360657 and select the retail in warranty option.

    but HDMI screenbeammini2 plug in led monitor i can see the screenbeammini2 main page.

    how can i configure it with Epson EB-X41 Projector?

    I switched my screenbeam mini to another t.v. and it stop working. The screen keeps blinking and going out.

    Same problem. I created a ticket over the weekend. The power indicator light will not even show. It worked the day I bought it until Sat. In addition to resetting and trying a new hdmi port, I even tried a new usb cable and charger--all to no avail. Please help.

    My screenbeam mini 2 has been working perfectly up until now. My tv doesn't even recognize that it's there anymore, i just get a no signal from my tv....HELP!

    I have done what you guys asked me to and it's still not responding it just shows the black screen. But I try what you guys told me to do I turn it off and I turn it on pressing the button of restarting and now it just shows me, Creative Solutions from Digital Life please wait for USB update and then it'll just stay there

    Worked fine untill today 8 5 17 Connected but showing black sreen and no sound then a picture but no sound now it keeps turning on and off..
