    Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing at the moment.
    If the steps above have not resolved the issue or the ScreenBeam receiver will not reset the receiver would be considered defective. Under Actiontec's hardware warranty, the device can be replaced if within the one year from the original purchase date period.
    Please create a request using the "submit a request button at the top" and provide the following information to expedite the process.

    I have done what you guys asked me to and it's still not responding it just shows the black screen. But I try what you guys told me to do I turn it off and I turn it on pressing the button of restarting and now it just shows me, Creative Solutions from Digital Life please wait for USB update and then it'll just stay there

    Worked fine untill today 8 5 17 Connected but showing black sreen and no sound then a picture but no sound now it keeps turning on and off..

    I cannot connect my tv with screenbeam MINI2. My tv only shows black screen or "no signal".. I tried to connect tv using another HDMI port. It is not working. Reset button is not working too.

    Same problem. I created a ticket over the weekend. The power indicator light will not even show. It worked the day I bought it until Sat. In addition to resetting and trying a new hdmi port, I even tried a new usb cable and charger--all to no avail. Please help.

    My SB mini has been working wonderfully with both my phone and laptop for 3 months but decided to just stop working. It will connect to my device but will either just show a black screen or my devices screen will be frozen on the TV and will make a very loud static sound

    i havent seen if anyone got an answer yet, my screenbeam mini 2 was working fine now i plug it in and start it up the phone doesnt revognize it, and no display on the tv

    Make sure the Mini 2 is powered on (should see a blue light), connected into an HDMI port (NOT ARC or MHL) and the TV is set to the correct HDMI option.
    If you are still unable to detect or connect to the ScreenBeam Mini 2 please contact our Technical support at 8884360657 and select the retail in warranty option.

    HDMI screenbeammini2 plug in to -Epson EB-X41 Projector no signal.
    but HDMI screenbeammini2 plug in led monitor i can see the screenbeammini2 main page.

    how can i configure it with Epson EB-X41 Projector?

    Joseph,

    There are no configurations or settings on the ScreenBeam Mini 2 required to connect into your projector. You may need to access the projector settings and make sure it is set to the HDMI port as the input. If necessary you may need to contact Epson on how to select the HDMI port as the input.
