I cannot get my Android Smartphone/Device to connect to the ScreenBeam Pro Business Edition.

This is an issue with certain Android devices and the way that they utilize PIN pairing functions.

If you need to utilize Android devices with the ScreenBeam Pro Business Edition, it would be recommended to access the Admin Settings of the receiver and disable the “Force PIN Pairing On First Connection” option. This will resolve the PIN request that the Android device should follow.

*Note – Disabling the “Force PIN Pairing On First Connection” option will disable the PIN feature completely. Any and all devices within range of the receiver will be allowed to utilize the receiver.
