Snow, white, static, or "No Input" (or similar message) appears upon powering the on the Projector/TV. The Ready to Connect screen is not displayed.

  1. Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to the ScreenBeam receiver and Projector/TV.
  2. If you are using the HDMI-to-VGA adapter, verify the HDMI connector is securely connected to ScreenBeam receiver and VGA cable is securely connected to the VGA adapter.
  3. If the problem persists, please contact your IT Administrator for further support.
