I can't hear any audio or sound on TV after ScreenBeam connection is established.

This issue may occur on your Laptop/PC with its USB Audio Device.

Use these step as a Workaround:

  1. Disconnect the current ScreenBeam connection.
  2. In Windows Control Panel, locate and open Audio/Volume Control Settings
  3. Set System audio device as Default.
  4. Exit and re-launch ScreenBeam software
  5. Reconnect to ScreenBeam receiver.
