Mosaic or distorted video or image occurs on TV when using Miracast devices.

The wireless channel used by Miracast devices to connect to the ScreenBeam Receiver is determined by the device's connection to a wireless router or access point. The channel used by your router may not be a clean channel in your environment.

  1. Disconnect the Miracast device from the ScreenBeam Receiver.
  2. Power cycle the Wi-Fi Router and allow it to automatically select a clean wireless channel (refer to the Wi-Fi Router user guide). Allow your Miracast device to reconnect to the Wi-Fi Router, and then reconnect your device to ScreenBeam Receiver. If the problem persists, consult with your Wi-Fi Router user manual for instructions on how to manually select a clean wireless channel.
